Lawful Use

All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their usage and hosted content comply with legal requirements.

Resource Usage

Services are subject to fair usage expectations. Customers must not consume excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, or I/O resources in a way that negatively impacts system performance or other users.

Where usage exceeds acceptable thresholds, we reserve the right to apply restrictions, request upgrades, or suspend services if necessary.

Network Security

Customers must not engage in any activity that compromises the security, stability, or availability of our infrastructure or other users’ services.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Website Hosts UK does not routinely monitor customer content; however, we reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Enforcement actions may include warnings, service limitations, suspension, or termination.

Incident Response

In cases where activity poses an immediate risk to infrastructure, network integrity, or other users, Website Hosts UK may suspend services without prior notice. Where appropriate, notification will be provided following such action.
