This Service Level Agreement defines the uptime commitment provided by Website Hosts UK for hosting services.

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.95% monthly uptime for our core hosting infrastructure.

Definition of Uptime

Uptime refers to the availability of hosting services excluding scheduled maintenance and external factors beyond our control.

Service Credits

If uptime falls below 99.95% in a given month, eligible customers may request service credits at our discretion.

Limitations

This SLA represents a service commitment and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.
