Ensuring fair resource usage across our hosting platform
This Fair Usage Policy is designed to ensure that all customers receive a stable, reliable, and high-performance hosting experience. Our services are based on shared infrastructure, meaning resources are distributed fairly among all users.
All hosting plans are subject to fair usage limits to prevent excessive consumption of server resources that may negatively impact other users. While we provide generous bandwidth allocations, usage must remain consistent with typical website operation.
Bandwidth usage applies to origin server traffic. Customers may optionally use a third-party CDN to reduce origin load; however, CDN usage does not exempt accounts from fair usage monitoring.
Accounts must not consume excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, or concurrent processes that negatively affect server performance. Background tasks, scripts, or applications that place sustained load on shared resources may be restricted or require an upgrade.
Our hosting infrastructure includes server-side caching to improve performance and reduce resource usage. However, poorly optimised websites, uncached dynamic content, or high bot traffic may still result in higher resource consumption.
If an account consistently uses excessive resources beyond normal hosting behaviour, we reserve the right to:
Bandwidth usage is monitored via our hosting control panel. Warning notifications are issued at approximately 80% usage. Accounts that reach 100% of their allocated bandwidth may be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle or upgraded plan is applied.
Customers may optionally use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve performance and reduce load on origin servers. CDN services must be configured and managed by the customer and are not included as part of our hosting service.
We reserve the right to update this Fair Usage Policy at any time to reflect changes in infrastructure, pricing, or service requirements.
This policy is designed to ensure fair access to shared hosting resources while maintaining performance and stability for all customers.
