All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Customers must not engage in activities that may compromise system stability, security, or availability.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:
Hosting services are provided on a shared infrastructure basis. Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage may result in limitations, suspension, or requirement to upgrade to a more suitable plan.
Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our infrastructure, services, or other customers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring valid and sufficient payment methods are available. In the event of failed payments, services may be suspended after notification.
Some services may include setup fees or recurring charges. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cancellation does not relieve the customer of outstanding balances incurred prior to termination.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible services. Refunds may not apply where services have been migrated, heavily used, or otherwise excluded.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or activities that impact system integrity.
Accounts that remain unpaid for extended periods may be permanently terminated and all associated data removed.
We aim to maintain high availability across our services and may provide uptime targets as part of our service offering. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, network issues, or factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Website Hosts UK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits resulting from service usage or downtime.
Some components of our services may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by such providers.
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
